I have envisioned owning and operating Ciao Ciao Gelato since the first day I walked into work at a gelato shop in Florence, Italy. It was 2007, and the very first time I'd experienced the taste of gelato – it felt like I was dreaming.

That salted caramel gelato was like nothing I had ever experienced before. It instantly melted in my mouth and I was hooked! The rich flavor, the silky texture, and the smooth finish made me completely fall in love with gelato.
